This is based on a chain of closely spaced reed switches and resistances, with a resolution of 10 mm. The output is in the form of a potentiosmeter, which through a digital indicator displays the height of liquid column in desired units or percentage. The Digital Continuous level gauge is used for any or all the following finctions

a)       Indication of content by Level, Volume or Percentage

b)       Alarm at desired Two Points (High and Low)

c)       Automatic switching ON or Switching OFF of Pumps or Opening/ Closing od Valves depending upon the liquid level.

Digital level indicator has a resolution of 5%, or it can be custom made to any requirement to give output is stages of 10 cm, 25 cm, 50 cm etc as required. It can be supplied up to depth of 6 meters. The display is Digital in large numerical digits of 100 mm or 12.5mm. Will give 2 relay outputs, or 4-20 mA, 0-5 Volts as required. WE also supply complete control system with automatic control for pumps based on these level sensors

Standard Level Indicators, based on magnetic level sensing with 5 stage or 10 stage indication, High and Low alarm, and one set of controls to operate a pump or valve.

Magnetic level gauge is based on a bypass tube which has a float that moves with the level of liquid in tank. The display is by means of bi-colored rollers which are actuated by a powerful magnet in the float. The unit can also be provided with bi-stable switches that are mounted along the display frame and can be used for controlling pumps/ valves/ operating alarm etc.

The mini float switches and flow switches (15 and 20 mm) are of

standard variety to include both top and side mounted single point NO or NC

switches in PP, PUF, Nylon, PTFE, Nitrile.
