Equipment Sump oil Makeup control / alarm Unit
This is a Level Control Unit installed in the gearbox/ sump of static
machinery. There are two models
- Alarm: To provide audio alarm in case level goes below desired point
or
- Automatic make up from a central tank. Operates a solenoid valve to
make up the drop in level automatically, from a central oil reservoir
placed at a higher level through gravity.
Oil Level Monitoring and Pump Control for
Service Tanks
One of our major applications is for operation of pumps to fill up service
tanks from a central bulk reservoir. Complete controls are provided at a
central location.
The automation is provided through sets of level sensors and electrically
operated control valves to ensure constant availability of oil in every
service tank. The supply pumps are provided automation in alternate
sequence, and are provided with protection from dry running. In all, the
control systems are self operating giving level information of each service
tank as well as bulk tank at a central point. Audio warning alarms are
provided in case any malfunction of an operation.
The level indication and control system, are custom designed and can be
used in all types of
- Fuel Oils like LDO, HSD, Furnace oil etc
- In silos for Oil storage like cosmetic oil, Lubricating oils,
Hydraulic Fluids
The control systems are all in Flameproof Stainless Steel
