Active Controls

Established since 1995 we manufacture export & supply instruments for level monitoring and automatic movement of liquids. These include maintenance free, fully automated Magnetic Digital level indicators and control systems for Fuels, Water, Oils and All types of Industrial Liquids.

Active Controls is located in New Delhi, India. The company is owned by Major Ravi Mehdiratta, a officer retired from The Indian Army, Corps of Engineers.

While the basis of the sensors is Magnetic Continuous monitoring, the products are all application based and are custom designed to the user's requirement. The instruments normally consists of a Level sensing probe and an output panel.

The length of the sensor is always based on the height of the tanks, while the sensing element output is customized to output requirements like resolution and shape and dimensions of the tank. The panel has various options for Display of level including Digital numeric display, Relay outputs (up to 4), Analog outputs like 4-20 mA, or RS 485/ 232 as required.

Option is also available for SMS Alerts at critical thresholds.

All in all, the systems are extremely user friendly and application based, easy to install and use, with long life, high accuracy and yet most reasonably priced.
